Annually the pressure from the mountains and extreme weather conditions cause this plant material to be transformed into a rich mineral biomass that flows our of the rocks in the form of a resin, which is called “Shilajit”

Although it comes from a few places worldwide, only the best one comes from the High Himalayas of Gilgit, Baltistan at the altitudes above 16000ft.
