ORDER INFORMATION:

Can I change my order once I have placed it?
Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will try to help.
As we are constantly processing orders sometimes we may be unable to edit your order as it
may already have been processed.
I’ve ordered the wrong item and need to change it before my order is sent.

What can I do if I purchased the wrong product?
We always recommend to contact us immediately via email
at insightintoselfcare@gmail.com before you purchase, if you have any questions about the products. In the unfortunate chance you receive your parcel and the product is not quite right, we are more than happy for you to return the product within 7 days of purchase for a credit note which is valid for up to 3 years. 
 
RETURN CONDITIONS

Can I return an item or get a refund?
We are happy to accept your item for return or refund (except for delivery charges ) if you change your mind or for incorrect selection, On the strict conditions:


* That the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
* The product is unopen and in original condition.
* Item/s must have all labels still attached.
* Insight Into Self Care is not responsible for the return delivery costs of the product.

No returns or refunds are available on sale items, for change of mind.


For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the below items for return or refund if you have changed
your mind. 

  • Body Brushes – due to health & safety regulations
  • Enema Kits – due to health & safety regulations
  • Electronic information products including e-books, usb’s
  • Tolman UniverCity memberships
  • FDR 1 & 2 set or FDR 3 (Farmacist Desk Reference)

All items will be inspected by us on their return to ensure that they are re-saleable prior to any refund, exchange or credit being issued.

Returned items are the purchaser’s responsibility until such time as they arrive at the return delivery address, therefore ‘registered post’ is recommended.

How do I return an item?

STEP 1: Email insightintoselfcare@gmail.com for our returns form which will need to be filled out.

STEP 2:  Send your item/s back to the address below via a trusted post method. ‘Registered Post’ is recommended.

Signature on delivery is recommended and keeping your tracking number. We are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels.


What happens next?  Returned products are first assessed, you will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. In most situations you will be issued with a credit note via email.
This credit note lasts up to 3 years from issue date. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions for return it will not be accepted and will discuss further for a satisfied outcome.
