Enjoy drinking your own homemade almond mylk knowing exactly every ingredient.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic almonds
- 2 cups filtered water for soaking
- 6 cups filtered water for mylk
Tools:
- High speed blender like a Vitamix
- Nut mylk bag
- Large bowl
- Glass mason jars with seal tight lids
Method:
- Soak the 1 cup of almonds in 2 cups of filtered water overnight.
- In the morning drain and rinse the almonds
- Pop the almonds and 6 cups filtered water into the high speed blender and mix on high for 1 minute.
- Pop the nut mylk bag into the bowl, pour the mylk into the bag and strain.
- Pour the nut mylk into glass mason jars with seal tight lids.
- Pop them into the fridge.
- Will keep good in the fridge for 3-4 days.
