Ok who are my chocolate lovers?
I received this AMAZING recipe from a gorgeous friend in Bali. She makes the BEST plant based meals and also has her second Recipe Book in the making!! I promise I will share it with you!!
This is my go to recipe when I start to crave something a little sweet or for the ladies… its a great guilt free treat for that time of the month!!
RECIPE
1 x cup chopped nuts of choice – I like walnuts
1/4 x cup chia seeds
1/4 x cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds chopped
1/2 x cup shredded coconut
1/2 x cup nut butter – I like almond
1/2 x cup organic coconut oil – liquid
2 x heaped tablespoons pure honey
3/4 – 1 x cup cocao
Optional: Include a Vegan Plant Based Chocolate Protein Powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl then line a tray with baking paper, pour into tray and pop into the fridge until set. Allow approximately 1/2 hour.
Chop and keep in fridge.
